Eligibility for Refund
You may request a refund within 48 hours of your purchase if the report has NOT been opened, downloaded, or shared. Once a report has been accessed, viewed, downloaded, or distributed in any way, it is considered “used” and is no longer eligible for a refund.

How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@titleverified.com or via WhatsApp at +44 7355 614 574. Please include your order number, the vehicle VIN, and a short explanation of your request. Refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days once eligibility is confirmed.

Non-Refundable Situations
– The report has been opened, downloaded, or shared.
– The 48-hour refund period has passed.
– The report data has been used for third-party submissions (such as to dealerships, lenders, or leasing companies).
– Issues caused by incomplete or incorrect VINs provided by the customer.

Processing Time
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your payment provider, it may take up to 5–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account.

Report Delivery
All reports are processed and delivered digitally within 24 hours of purchase. Once delivered and opened, they are considered fully rendered services.
